Printing methods

We usually support the gold and silver foil stamping, screen printing, offset printing,  embossing and UV printing. 

      Gold and Silver Foil Stamping 

          The metallic effect is transferred to the cosmetic paper box when the foil paper is pressed under the heat and pressure. Foil stamping has a luxurious metallic visual effect, and the stamped image or pattern is clear, beautiful and colorful. It is widely used for brand names and logos.

      Screen Printing 

         Screen printing is a special kind of screen printing. Ink enters under pressure through small holes in the printing plate and then the image is accurately reproduced on the cosmetic carton. It gives a very high quality look. Screen printing is not limited by the size and shape of the cardboard. Plate making is very cheap and easy. 

      Offset Printing

    Offset printing is the most common printing method for cosmetic paper box and gift boxes. Offset printing is characterized by fast speed, consistent quality and short cycle time. 

      Embossing

         Embossing is the use of concave and convex molds, under a certain pressure, so that the deformation of the printed material, and then the surface of the printed material for artistic processing, can produce relief three-dimensional effect.

     UV printing 

          UV printing is an environmentally friendly way of printing, does not require the use of any solvent, can be printed on a variety of materials, and has high precision, high speed, high efficiency.
